3: 7 – 14
يا
إِخْوَتِي، إِنَّ كُلَّ هذِهِ الأُمُورِ الَّتي كَانَتْ لِي رِبْحًا، حَسِبْتُهَا
مِن أَجْلِ المَسيحِ خُسْرَانًا. بَلْ
إِنِّي أَحْسَبُ كُلَّ شَيءٍ أَيْضًا خُسْرَانًا، إِزاءَ الرِّبْحِ الأَعْظَمِ وهو
مَعْرِفَةُ المَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ رَبِّي، الَّذي مِنْ أَجْلِهِ خَسِرْتُ كُلَّ شَيء،
وأَحْسَبُهُ نُفَايَةً لأَرْبَحَ المَسِيح، وأُوجَدَ
فيهِ مُبَرَّرًا لا بالبِرِّ الَّذي مِنَ الشَّرِيعَة، بَلْ بالبِرِّ الَّذي منَ
الإِيْمَانِ بالمَسِيح، والَّذي هُوَ مِنَ الله، والقَائِمِ عَلى الإِيْمَان. وذلِكَ لِكَي أَعْرِفَهُ وأَعْرِفَ قُوَّةَ
قِيَامَتِهِ، وأَشتَرِكَ في آلامِهِ، مُتَشَبِّهًا بِهِ في مَوتِهِ، لَعَلِّي أَبْلُغُ القِيَامَةَ مِن بَيْنِ
الأَمْوَات. ولا
أَدَّعِي أَنِّي قَدْ حَصَلْتُ على ذلِكَ، أَو أَنِّي بَلَغْتُ إِلى الكَمَال،
لكِنِّي أَسْعَى لَعَلِّي أُدْرِكُهُ، لأَنَّ المَسِيحَ يَسُوعَ أَدْرَكَنِي! أَيُّهَا الإِخْوَة، أَنَا لا أَظُنُّ أَنِّي
أَدْرَكْتُ، ولكِنْ يَهُمُّنِي أَمْرٌ وَاحِد، وهُوَ أَنْ أَنْسَى ما ورَائِي،
وأَمْتَدَّ إِلى ما أَمَامِي.
فأَسْعَى إِلى
الهَدَفِ لأَفُوزَ بالجَائِزَةِ العُلْيَا الَّتي يَدْعُونَا اللهُ إِلَيْهَا في
المَسِيحِ يَسُوع

دَعَا
يَسُوعُ تَلامِيْذَهُ الٱثْنَي عَشَر، فَأَعْطَاهُم سُلْطَانًا يَطْرُدُونَ بِهِ
الأَرْوَاحَ النَّجِسَة، ويَشْفُونَ الشَّعْبَ مِنْ كُلِّ مَرَضٍ وكُلِّ عِلَّة. وهذِهِ أَسْمَاءُ الرُّسُلِ ٱلٱثْنَيْ
عَشَر: أَلأَوَّلُ سِمْعَانُ الَّذي يُدْعَى بُطْرُس، وأَنْدرَاوُسُ أَخُوه،
ويَعْقُوبُ بنُ زَبَدَى، ويُوحَنَّا أَخُوه، وفِيْلِبُّسُ وبَرْتُلْمَاوُس، وتُومَا ومَتَّى
العَشَّار، ويَعْقُوبُ بنُ حَلْفَى وتَدَّاوُس، وسِمْعَانُ الغَيُورُ ويَهُوذَا
الإِسْخَرْيُوطِيُّ الَّذي أَسْلَمَ يَسُوع. هؤُلاءِ الٱثْنَا عَشَرَ أَرْسَلَهُم يَسُوع،
وقَدْ أَوْصَاهُم قَائِلًا: ’لا تَسْلُكُوا طَرِيقًا إِلى
الوَثَنِيِّين، ولا تَدْخُلُوا مَدِيْنَةً لِلسَّامِرِيِّين، بَلِ ٱذْهَبُوا بِالحَرِيِّ إِلى
الخِرَافِ الضَّالَّةِ مِنْ بَيْتِ إِسْرَائِيل. وفِيمَا أَنْتُم ذَاهِبُون، نَادُوا
قَائِلين: ’لَقَدِ ٱقْتَرَبَ مَلَكُوتُ السَّمَاوَات‘

Mais
ces choses qui étaient pour moi des gains, je les ai regardées comme une perte, à cause de Christ. Et même je regarde toutes choses comme une perte, à cause de l’excellence de la connaissance de Jésus-Christ mon Seigneur,
pour Lequel j’ai renoncé à tout; je les regarde comme de la boue, afin de
gagner Christ, et d’être trouvé en Lui, non avec ma justice, celle qui vient de
la loi, mais avec celle qui s’obtient par la foi en Christ, la justice qui
vient de Dieu par la foi. Ainsi je connaîtrai Christ, et la puissance de Sa
résurrection, et la communion de Ses souffrances, en devenant conforme à Lui
dans Sa mort, pour parvenir, si je puis, à la résurrection d’entre les morts.
Ce n’est pas que j’aie déjà remporté le prix, ou que j’aie déjà atteint la
perfection; mais je cours, pour tâcher de le saisir, puisque moi aussi j’ai été
saisi par Jésus-Christ. Frères, je ne pense pas l’avoir saisi; mais je fais une
chose: oubliant ce qui est en arrière et me portant vers ce qui est en avant,
je cours vers le but, pour remporter le prix de la vocation céleste de Dieu en
Jésus-Christ
Évangile Matthieu 10: 1 – 7
Puis,
ayant appelé Ses douze disciples, Il leur donna le pouvoir de chasser les
esprits impurs, et de guérir toute maladie et toute infirmité. Voici les noms
des douze apôtres: le premier, Simon appelé Pierre, et André, son frère;
Jacques, fils de Zébédée, et Jean, son frère; Philippe,
et Barthélemy; Thomas, et Matthieu, le publicain; Jacques, fils d’Alphée, et
Thaddée; Simon le Cananite, et Judas l’Iscariot, celui qui livra Jésus. Tels
sont les douze que Jésus envoya, après leur avoir donné les instructions
suivantes: ‘N’allez pas vers les païens, et n’entrez pas dans les villes des
Samaritains; allez plutôt vers les brebis perdues de la maison d’Israël. Allez,
prêchez, et dites:
‘Le Royaume des Cieux est proche’

But what
things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also
count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my
Lord, for Whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them
as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own
righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in
Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; that I may know Him and
the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being
conformed to His death, if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from
the dead. Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected;
but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also
laid hold of me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one
thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to
those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the
upward call of God in Christ Jesus

And when He
had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean
spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of
disease. Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: first, Simon, who is
called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; Philip and
Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus; Simon the Cananite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him. These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: ‘Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter
a city of the Samaritans. But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of
Israel. And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand’

ነገር
ግን ለእኔ ረብ የነበረውን ሁሉ ስለ ክርስቶስ እንደ ጉዳት ቈጥሬዋለሁ። አዎን፥ በእውነት ከሁሉ ይልቅ ስለሚበልጥ ስለ
ክርስቶስ ኢየሱስ ስለ ጌታዬ እውቀት ነገር ሁሉ ጉዳት እንዲሆን እቈጥራለሁ፤ ስለ እርሱ ሁሉን ተጐዳሁ፥ ክርስቶስንም አገኝ
ዘንድ፥ በክርስቶስም በማመን ያለው ጽድቅ ማለት በእምነት ከእግዚአብሔር ዘንድ ያለው ጽድቅ እንጂ ከሕግ ለእኔ ያለው ጽድቅ
ሳይሆንልኝ፥ በእርሱ እገኝ ዘንድ ሁሉን እንደ ጕድፍ እቈጥራለሁ፤ እርሱንና የትንሣኤውን ኃይል እንዳውቅ፥ በመከራውም
እንድካፈል፥ ወደ ሙታንም ትንሣኤ ልደርስ ቢሆንልኝ፥ በሞቱ እንድመስለው እመኛለሁ። አሁን እንዳገኘሁ ወይም አሁን ፍጹም
እንደ ሆንሁ አይደለም፥ ነገር ግን ስለ እርሱ በክርስቶስ ኢየሱስ የተያዝሁበትን ያን ደግሞ እይዛለሁ ብዬ
እፈጥናለሁ። ወንድሞች ሆይ፥ እኔ ገና እንዳልያዝሁት እቈጥራለሁ፤ ነገር ግን አንድ ነገር አደርጋለሁ፤ በኋላዬ ያለውን
እየረሳሁ በፊቴ ያለውን ለመያዝ እዘረጋለሁ፥ በክርስቶስ ኢየሱስ ከፍ ከፍ ያለውን የእግዚአብሔርን መጥራት ዋጋ እንዳገኝ
ምልክትን እፈጥናለሁ።

አሥራ
ሁለቱን ደቀ መዛሙርቱን ወደ እርሱ ጠርቶ፥ እንዲያወጡአቸው በርኩሳን መናፍስት ላይ ደዌንና ሕማምንም ሁሉ እንዲፈውሱ ሥልጣን
ሰጣቸው። የአሥራ ሁለቱም ሐዋርያት ስም ይህ ነው፤ መጀመሪያው ጴጥሮስ የተባለው ስምዖን ወንድሙ እንድርያስም፥ የዘብዴዎስ ልጅ
ያዕቆብም ወንድሙ ዮሐንስም፥ ፊልጶስም በርተሎሜዎስም፥ ቶማስም ቀራጩ ማቴዎስም፥ የእልፍዮስ ልጅ ያዕቆብም ታዴዎስም የተባለው
ልብድዮስ፥ ቀነናዊውም ስምዖን ደግሞም አሳልፎ የሰጠው የአስቆሮቱ ይሁዳ።
እነዚህን
አሥራ ሁለቱን ኢየሱስ ላካቸው፥ አዘዛቸውም፥ እንዲህም አለ። በአሕዛብ መንገድ አትሂዱ፥ ወደ ሳምራውያንም ከተማ አትግቡ፤
ይልቅስ የእስራኤል ቤት ወደሚሆኑ ወደ ጠፉት በጎች ሂዱ እንጂ። ሄዳችሁም። መንግሥተ ሰማያት ቀርባለች ብላችሁ ስበኩ።
