The mission of CrossTalk is to
- Develop one’s full potential in Christ
- Help one apply God’s Word in their daily lives
- Teach Christian education in an ecumenical environment
Vision
The vision of CrossTalk is to
- Provide opportunities for people of different age groups to grow spiritually as Christ’s disciples
- Support parents in their primary responsibility to immerse their children in Christian education
- Be an ecumenical Christian community in fulfillment of Christ’s calling
- Preserve Christianity in Lebanon and ultimately in the Middle East
Goals
The goal of CrossTalk is to achieve its vision by
- Providing Christian education through themes that are reinforced by their corresponding activities, music and movies
- Providing bible studies, spiritual retreats, music, art, movie nights, camps, activity days, trips, sports, community outreach programs, and any activity that is centered around God’s Word
- Teaching ecumenism by discovering, accepting, and learning about the different denominations of Christ
- Running a non-profit ecumenical Christian community center operated by a team of committed volunteers and employees
- Developing a fundraising structure to maintain self-sufficiency, including a boutique, a cafeteria, and a catering business
CrossTalk believes in
- Living as one community in Christ, as one Body, with Jesus Christ as the Head
- Ecumenism as being rooted in one’s own church and parish, yet loving, respecting and even serving other churches
